Customize Cookie Bar

Cookie Bar can be customized to match the look and feel of the store. See below for more information on how you can customize look and preview the user experience with Cookie Bar.

Styling

To customize Cookie Bar, go to the app dashboard and select customize.

When you click customize, you'll be taken to the Shopify theme editor, where you can see your bar live on your store as changes are made.

Choose your favorite color combination and save it.

Previewing

Cookie Bar previews were designed in such a way that they do not interfere with the design/customization process of your store.

Cookie Bar will only appear when you select Cookie Bar settings in the Shopify Theme editor. We purposefully designed it this way so that you don't see the bar every time you try to design or preview a page in your store.

When you open a preview of your store, Cookie Bar will appear only on the homepage of your website. Again, this is only a representation of the user experience.

Your visitors, however, may see Cookie Bar on any page. See display criteria for more information.
